My name is Carol Leavitt and I've become known locally as "Your QuickBooks Helper"! I provide QuickBooks consulting and technical support to
business owners across the Upstate and beyond.
I've been doing small business accounting over the past 25 years and I've used QuickBooks to run
everything from small service businesses to multi-million dollar manufacturing businesses in Michigan,
Florida and South Carolina.
I graduated from LCC in Lansing, Michigan (Go Spartans!), majoring in accounting and have been a QuickBooks Pro-Advisor since 2006 and a
Certified Pro-Advisor since 2009.
I'm serving as treasurer for both the Greater Travelers Rest Chamber of Commerce and our Travelers Rest Lions Club.
When I get some free time, my husband and I can be found biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail, puttering in our square foot garden, or cheering on the Drive or the Road Warriors (depending upon the season).
My name is Cliff Leavitt. As Your QuickBooks Helper has grown, so has the technical side of the business. That's where I come in.
I've worked for a number of years in the manufacturing sector as a web application developer. When I first started to learn the craft of programming, I worked with Microsoft technologies.
They're solid. Reliable. Sql Server, Asp.Net, MVC 4 (the foundation of this site). Strange names, but you've run across web sites using these technologies all over the web.
I build small, web based tools for our QuickBooks clients. Most often to move information from one source to QB. And I handle POS for our company. We'll be moving some tools to our
companion website Esentes. Click here if you'd like to check it out.
When I'm not doing something geek-like, I can be found biking on the Swamp Rabbit trail, checking on my bees and puttering in the garden. I've also been know to make artisan cheese. And bake bread to go with it.
